Reusable TFF Cassettes:

Guidling advanced, high-performance cassettes ideal for today’s higher titer therapeutic antibodies as well as the more demanding filtration processes require higher operating pressures, temperatures and caustic cleaning regimes.
The reusable TFF cassettes with PESU membranes are the optimum tangential flow filtration devices for the filtration of monoclonal antibodies and other therapeutic proteins.
The ultrafiltration cassettes with RC membranes are the optimum tangential flow filtration devices for the filtration of solutions containing albumin, hormones, vaccines and growth factors.

Description

The polyethersulfone ultrafiltration cassettes is a membrane polymer that is well established in the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industries. The polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membrane is a stable polymer that features a broad pH and temperature range. Its wide temperature range makes it possible to sterilize some of the membrane cut offs by either steam or autoclaving. Membrane regeneration, storage and depyrogenation can be accomplished by using NaOH even at elevated temperatures. Because of these features, the ployethersulfone membrane is ideally suited for biotechnological applications. Polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membranes are designed for use in the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industries.
